With over 25+ years of experience holding senior positions in private, public, pension fund, REIT, and institutional companies, Valerio’s passion for all things real estate is evident in past negotiations, management, development, and investment in real estate portfolios across various asset classes and geographies.

Architect by profession, Valerio holds an MBA in Real Property Development from Schulich’s School of Business at York University, Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Architecture from McGill University.

As a past member of the Order of Architects of Quebec, Royal Architecture Institute of Canada, Building Owners’ and Managers Association (BOMA Quebec), and Urban Development Institute (UDI), Valerio continues to be actively involved and participate in high profile industry and networking events. He is also past-President of the City House Foundation of the Sacred Heart School of Montreal.
