Graeme has 20 years of corporate real estate experience including corporate representation, multi-family and institutional development, and private-equity investment. He joined the brokerage in 2007.

At CDNGLOBAL, Graeme works with clients on a portfolio basis to serve their multimarket corporate real estate needs, developing specialized expertise in complex lease and sale transactions, creative financing and built-to-suit facilities. He provides clients with a single point of contact to manage corporate institutional and government real estate transactions locally, nationally and internationally.

He has market leading real estate experience representing all levels of government, the world’s most prominent aerospace firms, food processors, cold storage, distributors and manufacturers, and has represented many of the largest tenants in BC including BC Liquor Distribution.

In addition to being a founding principal of CDNGLOBAL, Graeme is a co-founder, director and major shareholder of Top Tier Foods, a plant-based food processing company, and a principal of a national live music venue and production firm specializing in global touring artists. He was awarded the brokerage’s Top Producer for 13 of the past 15 years. He is consistently ranked in the top 5 brokers nationally.
