Janet Patricelli has been active in the Vancouver commercial real estate and business community for over 30 years and has seen multiple rebrands, partnerships and corporate organizations. Her career started with Pierce Scraper Limited where her introduction to tenant representation and providing unbiased objective advise became part of her DNA. Devencore then acquired Pierce Scraper Limited and for the next 25 years, Janet worked under the Devencore banner. In 2020, under corporate restructuring and renaming, Janet became one of the principals of CDNGLOBAL.

Janet’s client focus has primarily been as a specialist in the occupier sector supporting companies making strategic real estate decisions. Janet is the Managing Broker for CDNGLOBAL and actively runs and supports all day-to-day business operations. As Managing Broker, she offers a sound perspective and objectivity.
