He is an expert negotiator, allowing him to achieve the best value for each client through the application of creative/innovative business approaches. With over 25 years of extensive real estate experience paired with technical knowledge, Paul is especially qualified to drive innovative ideas to facilitate every transaction leading to a successful completion. Paul has a background in engineering technology, but his passion for real estate drove his decision to switch careers in 1992. He is a highly principled individual who consistently brings integrity, professionalism, and perseverance to each transaction without compromise.
