Gurinder Girn joined Indusite Realty in 2015 after 25 years in executive roles in the Mining and Construction industry. Gurinder is an industrial specialist with experience in development land, contaminated land and construction sites. During his years in the construction industry, Gurinder has cultivated a strong network in the development community. With his extensive corporate experience, he is much more than a realtor with integrity and vision, he is a trusted business advisor.

Gurinder Girn has completed dispositions, leases, and purchases for leading companies such as LafargeHolcim, Dufferin Aggregates, St Mary’s, LeighHanson, James Dick, King Construction, Toronto Ready Mix and Rice Construction.

Gurinder holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management degree from McMaster University and is a Professional Engineer.
