Sean Bryson

Sean is a graduate of the Brock University Honours Business Administration program. He has worked in the commercial real estate sector since 1994, including twenty-two years with a major institutional Landlord. During that time, he was responsible for Industrial Leasing and Development for the Greater Toronto Area/Burlington/Cambridge/Durham, completing tens of millions of square feet of lease deals, and over 2 million square feet of new construction projects spanning 11 buildings. Sean was a proud part of the team that received the 2024 NAIOP Toronto Chapter Industrial Lease of the Year Award.

He joined CDNGLOBAL in 2026 eager and excited for the next chapter of his career.
