Bernard Granka

Bernard enjoys the collaborative process, particularly when working on a project with clients and guiding them through the stages of renovation and construction. His organizational skill has allowed him to solve problems and improve processes in a variety of fields such as information technology, facility management, and operations management.

An interest in architecture was established early in his life and continues to this day when he discovered Arts and Crafts homes such as the Gamble House built by Greene and Greene architects.

Happily, Bernard has been able to share his interest in the built environment by mentoring new facility managers and teaching continuing education courses in facility management and real estate at the university level.
