Norm Bolitho entered the workforce as a secondary school teacher. When he needed more of a challenge he left teaching to join Xerox of Canada. After Xerox, Norm entered the commercial real estate industry and, except leaving for a few years to pursue resort real estate, has been there since the 80’s.
